Supplies:

You won’t need anything fancy to make this wrap. Here’s a kitchen inventory list for you.

  1. Flat work surface
  2. Measuring cups and spoon
  3. A knife or rubber spatula for spreading the ranch
Lettuce and cheese

Instructions:

Assemble. Lay the tortilla flat on a cutting board or work surface. Spread the ranch dressing over the center of the tortilla. Add the turkey, cheese, bacon, tomato, and romaine.

How to Cook the Bacon

There are a few different ways to cook bacon. Any method will do here. Pick your favorite.

  1. Skillet method. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add strips of bacon in a single layer. Cook for 4-6 minutes, flipping occasionally, until you’ve reached the desired level of doneness. Transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to allow the grease to drain.
  2. Oven method. Arrange bacon strips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is golden brown and crispy. Transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to allow the grease to drain.
  3. Microwave method. Arrange the bacon in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate lined with paper towels. Cover the bacon with paper towels and microwave on high for 4-6 minutes or until it reaches your desired level of crispiness.

Roll it up. Fold the tortilla over the filling, fold in the sides of the tortilla, and then roll the tortilla around it all, burrito style. If necessary, store the turkey wrap in an airtight container in the fridge.

Variations

Ditch the tortilla and make lettuce wraps!

If you’d like, you can make this a sandwich instead of a wrap. Spread the ranch over two slices of bread. Then, stack the ingredients on top of one slice and close the sandwich with the other.

  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon
  • 3 thin tomato slices
  • ¼ cup chopped romaine lettuce

Notes

Storage Instructions:
Wrap the turkey club wrap tightly in a double layer of plastic wrap or seal it in an airtight container. You can store it in the fridge for up to 4 days. The tortillas and lettuce will get soggy the longer they sit, so I recommend enjoying them sooner rather than later.
Freezer Instructions:
Just leave off the tomato and lettuce, wrap the wrap tightly in a double layer of plastic wrap, and store it in the freezer for up to 3 months. When you are ready to enjoy it, allow it to thaw in the fridge. If you’d like, you can gently unroll the wrap and add the tomato and lettuce.
