How to Cook the Bacon
There are a few different ways to cook bacon. Any method will do here. Pick your favorite.
- Skillet method. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add strips of bacon in a single layer. Cook for 4-6 minutes, flipping occasionally, until you’ve reached the desired level of doneness. Transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to allow the grease to drain.Â
- Oven method. Arrange bacon strips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is golden brown and crispy. Transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to allow the grease to drain.
- Microwave method. Arrange the bacon in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate lined with paper towels. Cover the bacon with paper towels and microwave on high for 4-6 minutes or until it reaches your desired level of crispiness.Â
Roll it up. Fold the tortilla over the filling, fold in the sides of the tortilla, and then roll the tortilla around it all, burrito style. If necessary, store the turkey wrap in an airtight container in the fridge.
Variations
Ditch the tortilla and make lettuce wraps!
If you’d like, you can make this a sandwich instead of a wrap. Spread the ranch over two slices of bread. Then, stack the ingredients on top of one slice and close the sandwich with the other.Â
