Snickers Frozen Bark is everything you love about the flavors of a Snickers Bar or Snickers Ice Cream. Layers are filled with chocolate, caramel, peanuts, and thick frozen yogurt. Wonderful for a warm sunny day!
Snickers Frozen Bark
Bites of frozen bark can be enjoyed right from the freezer. The peanut buttery yogurt base mixture is very creamy and decadent. Have just one piece or enjoy several pieces at once. It’s hard to resist!

- Vanilla Greek yogurt
- Brown sugar
- Heavy whipping cream
- Creamy peanut butter
- Vanilla extract
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Coconut oil
- Caramel sauce
- Peanuts
Instructions:
Whip the vanilla Greek yogurt, dark brown sugar, heavy whipping cream, creamy peanut butter, and vanilla together.
Spread the mixture 1/4″ to 1/2″ thick onto a parchment-lined baking sheet that can fit inside your freezer. Set aside. Combine the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 15-second intervals until the chocolate has melted.
Drizzle the caramel sauce and the chocolate on top of the yogurt. Use the end of your spoon, or a toothpick to swirl the chocolate and caramel into the yogurt just a little bit.
Sprinkle the top with the peanuts, then place the sheet into the freezer. Once frozen solid, break or chop into desired sizes.
Storage
Store this Snickers Frozen Bark in an airtight container or a zip-top baggie in the freezer.

Ingredients
- 10 ounce vanilla Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 ounce heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
- ¼ cup cocktail peanuts
Instructions
- Whip the vanilla Greek yogurt, brown sugar, heavy whipping cream, creamy peanut, butter, and vanilla.
- Spread the mixture 1/4" to 1/2" thick onto a parchment-lined baking sheet that can fit inside your freezer. Set aside.
- Combine the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 15-second intervals until the chocolate has melted. Stir well.
- If the caramel sauce is stiff, place into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for a few seconds until it can be drizzled.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate and caramel sauce on top of the yogurt. Use the end of your spoon, or a toothpick to swirl the chocolate and caramel into the yogurt just a little bit.
- Sprinkle the top with the peanuts, then place the sheet into the freezer. Let freeze for at least 3 hours.
- Once frozen solid, break or chop into desired sizes
- Either serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
