This lightly sweetened, creamy corn side dish is also great for a potluck. It also pairs perfectly with chicken, ribs, or protein of choice.

- White and gold whole-kernel corn (yellow corn)

Corn Options
Instead of canned corn, you can also use fresh corn from the cob or even frozen corn (thawed).
Instructions:
Melt the butter, honey, sour cream, salt, and cayenne pepper to a large skillet.
Next, cook over medium-high heat, stirring continuously, until the butter is melted and the mixture becomes bubbly (about five minutes).
Once the honey butter mixture is ready, stir in the corn. Cook the corn in the skillet for another 3-5 minutes or until it is heated through. Serve while warm and garnish with fresh ground pepper. For additional flavor, consider topping the corn with green onions or chives.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days. Reheat on the stove or in the microwave.
