Fiesta Ranch Dip
This delicious fiesta ranch dip is perfect to serve at backyard bbqs or the holidays (especially Cinco de Mayo!). This creamy chip dip is made with a packet of Hidden Valley dry mix. Along with sour cream, beans, and seasoned tomatoes, the spice blend gives this dip the fiesta ranch flavor everyone loves!

- Sour cream
- Ranch seasoning mix – the premade packed or homemade ranch seasoning
- Corn kernels
- Black beans
- Rotel
- Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Optional* sliced green onions or fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Your favorite tortilla chips, plain chips, flavored chips, corn chips, pretzels, and crackers.
- Consider making this a veggie dip with veggies like bell peppers, tomatoes, celery, etc.
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, blend together sour cream and dip mix until well mixed and creamy. Drain excess liquid from the corn and beans. Stir in the remaining creamy dip ingredients until well combined.
Recipe Tips
- Can be made the night before. Wait until serving to add any garnishes.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days in a covered container.
- For a spicier twist, try adding a dash of cayenne pepper or finely diced jalapeno to the dip.
Cover the dip and place it in the refrigerator to chill until it’s ready to be served. Then, transfer your fiesta dip to a serving bowl and garnish with green onions.

Substitutions
- Freshly cooked corn can be used in place of canned corn.
- Try substituting the canned corn with canned Mexican corn for added flavor and color!
- You can substitute the dry ranch mix with prepared Ranch dressing, I would just omit a tablespoon or two of sour cream to prevent the dip from being too runny.
