- Cream cheese – plain or seasoned with a little ranch seasoning
- Baby dill pickles – or dill pickle spears
Recipe
The whole recipe needs just 3 ingredients! Pat the ham slices using paper towels. Begin by placing a slice of ham down. It’s important that the slices of ham aren’t too thin for these pickle rollups. Deli ham is more flavorful and you can customize the thickness at the store. If you plan to season the cream cheese mixture with ranch, now is the time to do so.
Use a butter knife (or an icing spatula) to spread a layer of cream cheese on the ham slice. Wrap the whole baby pickle up in the cream cheese ham. Trim the ends and cut them into equal portions. Dill pickles and ham are always a great combination!
It’s important to roll them as tight as possible. You can enjoy these ham and cream cheese roll ups with pickles straight away, but you can also prepare them ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator if needed.
