Ingredients:
- Rumchata – a dairy cream liqueur with vanilla and cinnamon flavors
- Fireball – a cinnamon-flavored whiskey
- Honey or corn syrup – to rim the shot glass
- Cinnamon sugar – for the rim (or ground-up Cinnamon Toast Crunch)
- Whipped cream
- Cinnamon Toast Crunch – for garnish

Instructions:
For rimming glasses, line the rims with honey or corn syrup and then dip it into cinnamon sugar (or ground-up Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal). Combine the Rumchata and Fireball in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake the cocktail shaker, then chill the creamy mixture in the refrigerator. Pour the chilled mixture into your shot glass. Garnish with whipped topping and crushed cinnamon toast cereal.

Recipe Tips
If you prefer to sip this drink rather than shoot the mixture like a shot, consider pouring the Cinnamon Toast Shot into a glass over ice (“on the rocks”).
Because of the creamy nature of this shot, it is best served cold. So set aside time for it to cool in the refrigerator.
Serving more than just one shot? Double or triple the recipe in advance as needed. Keep the mixture refrigerated.
