Cinnamon Toast Shots
A fun and festive mix of rum and whiskey! A rich and sweet cereal-inspired drink topped with whipped cream.

Cocktail shaker
Shot glass
- 1 ounce Rumchata
- 1 ounce Fireball cinnamon whiskey
- Honey or corn syrup and cinnamon sugar (or crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal), for rimming glass
- Whipped cream
- Crushed cinnamon toast cereal, for garnish
For rimming glasses, line the rims with honey or corn syrup and then dip it into cinnamon sugar (or ground-up Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal).
Combine the Rumchata and Fireball in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake the cocktail shaker, then chill the creamy mixture in the refrigerator.
Pour the chilled mixture into your shot glass.
Garnish with whipped topping and crushed cinnamon toast cereal.
If you prefer to sip this drink rather than shoot the mixture like a shot, consider pouring the Cinnamon Toast Shot into a glass over ice (“on the rocks”).
Serving more than just one shot? Double or triple the recipe in advance as needed. Keep the mixture refrigerated.
