A fun and festive mix of rum and whiskey! A rich and sweet cereal-inspired drink topped with whipped cream.

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Shot glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce Rumchata
  • 1 ounce Fireball cinnamon whiskey
  • Honey or corn syrup and cinnamon sugar (or crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal), for rimming glass
  • Whipped cream
  • Crushed cinnamon toast cereal, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • For rimming glasses, line the rims with honey or corn syrup and then dip it into cinnamon sugar (or ground-up Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal). 
  • Combine the Rumchata and Fireball in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake the cocktail shaker, then chill the creamy mixture in the refrigerator.
  • Pour the chilled mixture into your shot glass. 
  • Garnish with whipped topping and crushed cinnamon toast cereal.

Notes

If you prefer to sip this drink rather than shoot the mixture like a shot, consider pouring the Cinnamon Toast Shot into a glass over ice (“on the rocks”).
Serving more than just one shot? Double or triple the recipe in advance as needed. Keep the mixture refrigerated.
