Blooming Quesadilla Ring Recipe
Warm up the refried beans and prepare shredded chicken with taco seasoning. Then, cut the flour tortillas in half. Add beans, chicken, and shredded Mexican blend cheese in the middle of each tortilla half.
Roll the tortilla into a cone shape as seen in this TikTok video. Prepare a pie dish or oven-safe skillet with nonstick spray or parchment paper. Place a small bowl in the center of the baking sheet or skillet as a guide for creating a circle. Put some beans, some chicken mixture, and some cheese in the middle of each tortilla half.
Arrange the tortilla cones around the bowl, keeping them a bit snug. Sprinkle more shredded cheese over the base of the rolls (the more ooey-gooey melted cheese, the better, in my opinion!)
Repeat the process for the second layer by placing the next set of burrito rolls on top of the first ring of cones. Sprinkle even more cheese on top! Remove the small bowl in the middle and bake for 20 minutes or until the edges of the cones are golden brown.
