  • 12 oz wide egg noodles
  • 2 cans 5 oz each tuna in water, drained
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream or mayonnaise
  • 1 cup frozen peas or mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese plus extra for topping
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips, buttered bread crumbs, or corn cereal for topping

Instructions 

  • Cook the noodles – Boil egg noodles until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
