Blooming Burrito Ring
A Blooming Burrito Ring is the perfect appetizer for any occasion! A round display of chicken and bean burritos served with a bowl of dip.

small bowl for the dip in the middle
- 10 Soft Taco Size Flour Tortillas
- 4-5 cups Shredded Chicken
- 1 packet of Taco Seasoning
- ½ cup water
- 15 ounce can of refried beans
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Prepare shredded chicken as desired and add in a packet of taco seasoning with 1/2 cup of water.
Cut tortillas in half.
Put a Tablespoon of beans, chicken, and shredded Mexican blend cheese in the middle of each tortilla half.
Roll the tortilla into a cone shape.
Prepare a pie dish or oven-safe skillet with nonstick spray or parchment paper
Place a small bowl in the middle of the skillet as a guide.
Arrange rolled tortillas around the bowl, keeping them a bit snug.
Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the base of the rolls.
Layer the next set of rolls on top of the first. Sprinkle the remaining cheese at the base.
Remove the small bowl in the middle and bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the ingredients are warmed through.
Set a small bowl in the middle of salsa or other dipping sauce.
