Pistachio Pudding Shots
Creamy Pistachio Pudding Shots made with RumChata, Cool Whip, and crushed graham crackers. An easy no-bake party dessert perfect for holidays and gatherings.

- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- ¾ cup RumChata
- 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed
- ¾ cup crushed graham crackers about 6 full sheets
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
In a mixing bowl, whisk together pistachio pudding mix, milk, and RumChata until smooth and slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.
Fold in half of the Cool Whip until fully incorporated and light.
Spoon or pipe the pudding mixture over a layer of crushed graham crackers into 2oz small dessert cups or shot glasses.
Top each with a dollop of the remaining Cool Whip.
Garnish with chopped pistachios and a maraschino cherry.
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to set **See notes below**
