Ingredients

  • 1 pound spaghetti noodles cooked and drained
  • 1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage for extra flavor
  • 1 jar 24 ounces marinara or spaghetti sauce
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cottage cheese or ricotta

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Cook the Pasta - Boil spaghetti noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • Pour half of the meat sauce over the cheese layer.
  • Repeat with the remaining noodles, cheese mixture, and sauce.
  • Add the Cheese & Bake - Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the top. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Q: Can I use other meats?
Yes, ground turkey, chicken, or a beef/sausage mix all work great.
