Equipment

  • 9x13 baking sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • small microwave safe bowl
  • Basting Brush

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough: store-bought or homemade (enough for two 12 inch pizzas)
  • ½ cup Caesar salad dressing
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • cups mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup crumbled bacon
  • 2 Tablespoons tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F
  • Fold the Caesar salad dressing, rotisserie chicken, mozzarella cheese, and crumbled bacon in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
  • Roll your pizza dough out into two large sheets about 6x14 inches. Fill the center of each sheet of dough with half of the chicken filling. Fold the short ends over the filling and then fold the long edges over, like you are closing a box.
  • Gently turn your chicken bakes over and place them seam side down on a 9x13 inch baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Melt your butter and brush the tops of your chicken bakes. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top, and then bake your chicken bakes.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown
