Total Time 5 hours hrs 10 minutes mins
- 1 lb ground beef browned and drained
- 24 oz jar spaghetti sauce (your favorite brand)
- 3 cups water
- 12 oz uncooked spaghetti noodles broken in half
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Brown the beef. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain any excess grease.
Add to the Crock Pot. Place the cooked beef into your slow cooker. Pour in the spaghetti sauce and water, and stir to combine.
Add the noodles. Break the spaghetti noodles in half and gently stir them into the sauce mixture, making sure they are covered in liquid. (It’s okay if they stick out a little—they’ll soften as they cook!)
Cook. Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally until the noodles are tender.
Add cheese. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top. Cover and let it melt for about 5 minutes before serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop with a splash of water or sauce to loosen it up.
