Equipment

  • Measuring cups and spoon
  • A knife or rubber spatula for spreading the ranch

Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 4 slices oven-roasted turkey breast (deli style)
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon
  • 3 thin tomato slices
  • ¼ cup chopped romaine lettuce

Instructions

  • Assemble. Lay the tortilla flat on a cutting board or work surface. Spread the ranch dressing over the center of the tortilla. Add the turkey, cheese, bacon, tomato, and romaine.
  • Roll it up. Fold the tortilla over the filling, fold in the sides of the tortilla, and then roll the tortilla around it all, burrito style.

Notes

Storage Instructions:
Wrap the turkey club wrap tightly in a double layer of plastic wrap or seal it in an airtight container. You can store it in the fridge for up to 4 days. The tortillas and lettuce will get soggy the longer they sit, so I recommend enjoying them sooner rather than later.
Freezer Instructions:
Just leave off the tomato and lettuce, wrap the wrap tightly in a double layer of plastic wrap, and store it in the freezer for up to 3 months. When you are ready to enjoy it, allow it to thaw in the fridge. If you’d like, you can gently unroll the wrap and add the tomato and lettuce.
