Trim off the base of Brussels sprouts and cut sprouts in half.
Optional: Soak in water for 10 minutes for a softer center. Pat dry.
In a skillet, cook the bacon. Remove the cooked bacon but leave the bacon grease in the skillet.
With a knife and cutting board, chop the bacon into crumbles.
Toss the chopped bacon, bacon grease, and Brussels sprouts together in a mixing bowl.
Coat the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
Arrange sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if necessary).
Cook at 375℉ tossing once or twice, for about 15 minutes or until browned.
Transfer the cooked Brussels sprouts to a serving bowl.
Add salt and pepper, if desired.
Drizzle with honey.
Optional: sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Serve immediately, and enjoy!

Add the Brussels sprouts to the pan with the bacon grease. Reduce heat to medium-low, and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the chopped bacon back to the skillet. Cook, uncovered for a few more minutes until the Brussels sprouts reach your desired tenderness.
Transfer the cooked Brussels sprouts to a serving bowl.
Add salt and pepper, if desired.
Drizzle with honey.
Optional: sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Serve immediately, and enjoy!

Storage:Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.To reheat, place on a lightly oiled baking sheet in a 350° oven for about 5 minutes.
