Sugar Cookie Cocktail

A sugar cookie cocktail for Christmas! Vanilla-rimmed martini glass filled with whipped cream vodka, Irish Cream, and Amaretto.

  • martini shaker

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces Half and Half
  • ounces Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 ounce Whipped flavored vodka
  • 1 ounce Amaretto
  • Ice
  • Sprinkles
  • Vanilla frosting
  • Maraschino cherries (optional)
  • Whipped Topping (optional)

Instructions
 

  • On a small plate, measure the size of the rim of your martini glass. Make a circle slightly larger than the size of the rim with vanilla frosting.
  • Dip the rim into the frosting, lightly pressing until evenly coated.
  • Add a layer of sprinkles to another plate. 
  • Dip the iced rim of the glass into the sprinkles, creating an even layer, and set aside.
  • Fill the shaker half full with ice.
  • Add Irish cream, whipped vodka, half and half, and amaretto to the shaker.
  • Shake continuously for 15 seconds, or until lightly frothy.
  • Pour the cocktail into the rimmed glass
  • Garnish with whipped topping and ½ a maraschino cherry (optional).
  • Serve immediately.
