Apple Pie Jello Shots

Apple Pie Jello Shots made with Fireball! Topped with whipped cream, this jello shot is perfect for the holidays or any fall gathering!

Equipment

  • Jello shot cups with lids
  • Pot for boiling
  • Whisk

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packets unflavored gelatine (.25oz/each)
  • cups apple cider
  • cups Fireball (cinnamon flavored whisky)

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan over medium high heat, bring the apple cider to a boil.
  • Turn off the heat and add the unflavored gelatine to the apple cider, whisking until fully dissolved.
  • Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool for 15-20 minutes.
  • Stir the Fireball whisky into the apple cider mixture.
  • Pour the apple pie mixture into your shot cups, almost all the way full.
  • Transfer the shot cups to the refrigerator and allow them to chill for 3-5 hours, or until fully set.
  • When ready to serve, top the shots with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon and garnish with apple slices or cinnamon sticks. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers with the lids on in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
Non-alcoholic options: substitute the alcohol with water or apple juice.
If making the night before, cover the shot cups with lids or plastic wrap to keep fresh.
