Apple Pie Jello Shots
Apple Pie Jello Shots made with Fireball! Topped with whipped cream, this jello shot is perfect for the holidays or any fall gathering!

- 2 packets unflavored gelatine (.25oz/each)
- 2½ cups apple cider
- 1½ cups Fireball (cinnamon flavored whisky)
In a small saucepan over medium high heat, bring the apple cider to a boil.
Turn off the heat and add the unflavored gelatine to the apple cider, whisking until fully dissolved.
Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool for 15-20 minutes.
Stir the Fireball whisky into the apple cider mixture.
Pour the apple pie mixture into your shot cups, almost all the way full.
Transfer the shot cups to the refrigerator and allow them to chill for 3-5 hours, or until fully set.
When ready to serve, top the shots with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon and garnish with apple slices or cinnamon sticks. Enjoy!
Store leftovers with the lids on in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
Non-alcoholic options: substitute the alcohol with water or apple juice.
If making the night before, cover the shot cups with lids or plastic wrap to keep fresh.
