Using 2 large bowls, mix cherry jello with 2 cups of boiling water in one and 2 cups of boiling water and berry blue jello in the other. Stir both for about 5 minutes or until no more dry mix remains in the water. Place them in your refrigerator to set for 3 hours.
Once the red and blue jello has set, loosen it out of the bowl by sitting the bowl in hot water. Once the jello is out of the bowls, cut them into 1-inch cubes and scatter the cubes in a 9x13 casserole-style dish.
Mix 2.5 cups of boiling water with unflavored gelatin in a large pot or bowl and then quickly stir in the can of sweetened condensed milk to make white gelatin. Let this cool to almost room temperature.
Pour the white gelatin over the cubes of red and blue jello and place it in your refrigerator for another 3 hours to set.
Once the jello has set, take the jello out of the 9x13 dish by placing the bottom of the dish in very hot water, and once loosened, flip it over onto a cutting board or parchment paper.
Using a 3-inch star cookie cutter and a ½ inch cookie cutter, cut out large stars first and then small stars from the extra jello.
