Can you freeze this bread for later? I am expecting company later and would like to make this ahead. I need a good quick bread recipe and this sounds to be ideal.

I made this cheese bread exactly as the recipe said, and served it with a soup. It is delicious, but next time I think I will try a stronger tasting cheese. I did use extra sharp cheddar, and grated it, but it still needed more cheesy taste for my palate. Nevertheless, I will make again. It makes great toast in the morning too!

I just left a comment asking for help if anyone could tell me the best way to store the Cheddar Quick Bread to get the most days out of it, but it disappeared before I was able to put my name and post it. I don’t know if it went through or where it went. This is my first time commenting on a recipe. Pinterest and all this is new to me and I’ve never gotten along with computers. Sorry. My husband and I made the bread this morning to go with our scrambled eggs and sausage patties. It turned out really well but I think next time I’ll cut back on the garlic (as we are not big fans of it). My husband shredded the cheese with my food processor (because I don’t have a box grater). It was his first time using it and now he thinks he’s got a new toy! We can’t wait to try making it again and other kinds too. It was a very simple recipe. I just need to know how to store it. Please help! Thanks!
