- 6 slices of deli ham
- 6 eggs
- ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 375°
Scramble the eggs in a skillet
Spray the muffin tin with non-stick spray
Fit the ham slices into the muffin tin without them hanging over too much
Fill the ham cups with scrambled egg
Top with shredded cheese
Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted
Sprinkle with black pepper
