  • Muffin tin pan
  • Non-Stick spray
  • skillet
  • Wooden spoon or spatula
  • spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices of deli ham
  • 6 eggs
  • ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°
  • Scramble the eggs in a skillet
  • Spray the muffin tin with non-stick spray
  • Fit the ham slices into the muffin tin without them hanging over too much
  • Fill the ham cups with scrambled egg
  • Top with shredded cheese
  • Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted
  • Sprinkle with black pepper
