Meatloaf Muffins Recipe
Mini Meatloaf Muffins made in a muffin tin are easy to make and quick to bake, plus the leftovers are delicious!

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 onion (diced or minced)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup dried bread crumbs
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ⅓ cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Combine all ingredients except the ketchup in to a large bowl and mix well with hands or a spoon.
Prepare the muffin tin with non-stick spray
Press the meat mixture into the muffin tins in equal portions.
Brush the tops with ketchup.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
