Gingerbread Hot Chocolate
Gingerbread Hot Chocolate is Christmas in a cup! It's like drinking a chocolate gingerbread cookie!

Ingredients
- 4 cups whole milk (or oat milk)
- 5 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar (packed)
- 1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoons ground ginger
- ½ teaspoons ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoons ground allspice
- Pinch of satl
- Marshmallows for serving
Instructions
- In a medium pot, add all the ingredients.
- Use a whisk to combine all the ingredients and place the pot over medium heat.
- Allow the hot chocolate to come to a simmer while regularly whisking the mixture.
- Remove from heat and serve with marshmallows or whipped cream.
