  • Powdered Sugar
  • Whole Milk
  • Lemon Juice
  • Lemon Zest
  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray

How to Make Donuts in an Air Fryer

Cut a 1-inch circle in the center of each uncooked biscuit. Using an icing tip or bottle top is a quick easy way to accomplish this! Place your biscuits in the air fryer about 1 inch apart to avoid sticking together.

For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest until desired consistency. You may need to add more or less milk to reach your preferred glaze consistency.   • For the glaze, in a small bowl whisk together powdered sugar, milk, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon lemon zest until desired consistency. You may need to add more or less milk to reach your preferred glaze consistency.
  • Dip donuts top side down into your bowl of glaze and then pick straight up and flip it over glazed side up.
  • Sprinkle the Remaining lemon Zest (1 tablespoon) over the glazed donuts
  • Serve Warm or cooled
