Very good recipe. Made exactly as written, with the exception we subbed out the lobster and crab meat for the imitation style stuff. This makes A LOT. I didn’t see what size ramekins this used, I filled 2 casserole dishes. This probably enough for 6-8 people. I’m usually disappointed by recipes I find online, but this one is actually one for the repeatable recipes folder. I’m sure it will taste even better with real crab and lobster (but when the imitation is only $3 for an 8oz package I’d probably use that again.) kudos though! Really good recipe. Thanks
